New attendees are invited to make their debut at the annual Cast Party!

Expanding relationships to new, younger attendees at the Cast Patry will help bring the theater to life. Encouraging younger parents, families and young professionals in the Syracuse area to attend the Cast Party will inspire the fun spirit Syracuse Stage wants to be known for!

Create a special link to purchase ‘First Time Attendee’ Tickets

Those who do not check the box that they are first-time attendees will receive a normal confirmation email with their ticket to the event. This link will be shared through promotional Instagram posts, a link in Syracuse Stage’s Instagram bio, and a link on the main website.

Strategy 2
Develop a discounted ticket package incentive for the following season
Tactic 2
The discounted package will only be available to those with the new attendee confirmation email. It will include two shows for $75. This will again be promoted through Instagram and on the website. Additionally, in the weeks leading up to the offer, we will tease the discount package with a countdown on our platforms.

The Cast Party is filled with celebration, drinks, dancing and a surprise show; a limited number of VIP tickets are sold, which include dinner at Phoebe's restaurant, an open bar and a silent auction. New attendees will have the opportunity to purchase a discounted ticket package for the following season!

People should attend the Cast Party again because it offers a unique chance to enjoy exclusive cultural experiences, connect with the theater community, and continue supporting Syracuse Stage’s impactful artistic and educational initiatives.

Develop media and contact list, edit materials (i.e) press release, email and letter. Send 1st email and letter on the 28.

Begin any edits on the poster and place them around campus and the greater Syracuse area (possibly at restaurants like Phoebe’s.

Continued posting according to the Gannt Chart. Recconect with any media contacts about sharing the event details

Start having the table to gather contact information from attendees in the lobby during shows.

Begin posting on Instagram and send press release to contacts on Monday, March 3.

The countdown stories to the discount package reveal on April 21 and the breakdown of the package on April 30.
